This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Munazzim premium plans from Innoviata IA LLC. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with Munazzim. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan. Simply email us at support@munazzim.app from the address associated with your account, and we will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.
2. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not wish to be billed, cancel before the trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies from the date of that first charge.
3. Cancellations and renewals
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the 14-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or at our discretion.
- To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
4. Your statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that by starting to use a digital service immediately, you may acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@munazzim.appfrom your account email address with the subject “Refund request” and, if possible, your order or receipt details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
