Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Munazzim premium plans from Innoviata IA LLC. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Munazzim is a paid service: there is no free tier and no free trial, so the guarantee is how you try it without risk. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for a monthly or yearly plan, for any reason or none. We will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.

2. Cancellations and renewals

• Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every year — at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• After the 30-day window, payments for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law or at our discretion.
• To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

3. Your statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that by starting to use a digital service immediately, you may acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country.

4. How to request a refund

The quickest way is from inside the app: open Settings → Premium and use Request a refund. It reaches us with your billing details already attached, and the option is shown for as long as you are within the 30-day window.

You can also email support@munazzim.appfrom your account email address with the subject “Refund request”. We aim to issue eligible refunds within 48 hours. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
